Earthquake Recovery is a project-specific division established to manage the repair process of residential homes that the Earthquake Commission is responsible for following the Canterbury earthquakes.

South Pacific has permanent offices in Papua New Guinea, Fiji, American Samoa, Samoa, Tonga, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. It undertakes  projects for local and foreign governments, aid agencies, religious organisations and commercial entities.

A leading general constructor of commercial, retail, health, hospitality, education and government buildings. Work undertaken ranges widely in use and scale and includes both main structures and commercial fitouts.

Higgins (NZ and Fiji) delivers a fully integrated complement of civil construction services and infrastructure products. Fletcher Building is acquiring Higgins assets subject to conditions including Overseas Investment Office and Commerce Commission consent. It is anticipated the acquistion will be completed around 20 June 2016.
