Building + Interiors
A leading general constructor of commercial, retail, health, hospitality, education and government buildings for more than a century. Developments
In response to housing shortages in Auckland the Developments division was established in 2013. Developments is focused on delivering carefully targeted, desirable, high-quality apartment opportunities within Auckland.
Earthquake Recovery

South Pacific
Established in the region in 1946, the division has permanent offices in Papua New Guinea, Fiji, American Samoa, Samoa, Tonga, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. It undertakes a wide range of projects for local and foreign governments, aid agencies, religious organisations and commercial entities. Local legal entities and long-term joint ventures reinforce Fletcher's commitment to the region.
