In accordance with the requirement by New Zealand and Australian stock exchanges for formal adoption by boards of directors of approved corporate governance practices, the board of the company confirms that it is committed to the highest standards of behaviour and accountability. Its practices, policies and procedures which comprise its corporate governance practices are detailed in this section of the website. They are organised in terms of the ten principles of best practice identified by the Australian Stock Exchange Corporate Governance Council.
