Our performance

We have made significant progress in recent years in reducing injury rates in Fletcher Building.  Below is a graph showing our progress over the last 24 months.  This graph is updated monthly.  Our primary injury rate measure is the 12 Month Rolling Average Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate per Million Hours (TRIFR). Total recordable injuries are the sum of lost-time and medical treatment injuries.

While we have achieved significant improvements in our health and safety performance we are conscious that we remain some distance from our vision. Considerable effort is continuing to accelerate the rate of improvement.
