Due to the decentralised nature of Fletcher Building, sponsorships that support the people and communities where we work and live are selected and managed by our business units. The diversity of this community involvement ranges from environmental initiatives, to educational institutions and building awards.

In addition to the support from our business units, the Fletcher Trust also contributes to programmes related to education and youth development.
