Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and Director Nominations
Auckland, 30 August 2011 - Fletcher Building advises that the 2011 annual shareholders' meeting will be held at the SKYCITY Convention Centre, 88 Federal Street, Auckland at 10.30 am on Wednesday 16 November 2011.
In terms of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5 and ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the period for nomination of directors will open on 1 September and will remain open until 5.00 pm on 23 September 2011.
